Alyssa, these are great. And the video was SO helpful. I am loving option 2, subject to a few more tweaks.
1. Any chance you can show us a logo that’s exactly what you have but instead of the line between our names, it is an infinity symbol?
2. Can we see the logo centered on the invite even though the rest will be left justified?
3. Loving the wood paper – let’s lose the boot.
4. Are there any other textured papers we can use for one of the 2 other insert cards? And there will have to be a 4th small card for the wedding ceremony on Friday. Only for 30 people.
5. For the rsvp card – can we add dietary restrictions, and I’m having a hard time reading the script at the top. Is that the same that’s on the invitation? It might be too hard read in that font color. We should keep them consistent with whatever we choose.
6. Love the pocket!!! No notes.
7. Can we see a linen envelope liner, or is that too much?
8. Is there a way to “brand” (like on a cow, horrible example I know) our logo onto the envelope liner? Or maybe just emboss?
9. Can we see some ribbon options to put everything together? Honestly twine could be cool, of maybe twine and ribbon?
10. Not sold on the shape of the envelope. Not a no but would like to see other shapes.
11. My mom is having trouble reading the script on the envelope. Is this the same as on the invitation and insert cards? Maybe we need to revisit it all together.
Gabby, option 2 is updated with all your changes. I added in the ceremony card, script options for the accents & updated envelope design based on shape of the pocket. With all the textures and tones we have, I think it will feel like plenty of variety without adding more textured paper. The letterpress will give you dimension and for the darker taupe card, we can do foil that will also have an impressed effect. If you like one of the script fonts, we can either print the addresses with that font or have the calligrapher mimic it as close as possible for the addressing.
Some additional comments:
1. I still want to see other envelope shapes, I don’t love this one.
2. I do not like the calligraphy on the envelope sample. At this point I’m wondering if we use any cursive at all, it’s just not really jiving with the overall concept. Can I see something that is not cursive?
3. I like the logo on our invitation centered
4. I want the original logo (not the infinity sign)
5. I think for the embossing on the envelope, it should just be the infinity sign
