What is the deadline by which you’ll need names and assigned table numbers for the escort cards?
On the estimate, I see frames for head table guest cards. What is the cost of the wood and black painted stands?

Escort Cards ~ I think diagram shows 64, not 65? I counted our RSVPs, and we need 69. If needed to help with layout, Rob and I and his mom could opt out, giving us a count of 67. Or could we go with a smaller card to accommodate the 69? I know it’s quite the puzzle! Also I have flower girl and ring bearer names that could be added if we need them to make layout look good (if we end up going with a smaller size tag). Do we bring a glue gun to attach or do they already have a glue dot on them?
Table Numbers look great!
Would the velvet mats go inside the bar menu frame you have proposed? If so, love the idea but thinking that would mean we have to make the font even smaller, right, and I think “old eyes” like mine are already going to have a little difficulty reading the current font. (-:

Under gimlet, remove “with” so it matches 2nd cocktail description. Under Beer, please take out “Project” so name can all stay on one line ~ Manhattan Half-Life IPA. Remove XX and replace with Equis. Under wines, could you list Cabernet and Chardonnay first, followed by brand name? Maybe something like Cabernet ~ Wines of Substance and Chardonnay ~ Decoy Reserve, or something like that?
Appetizer tent cards ~ On Bison meatball, please remove “a” so it just reads “with Hoisin glaze.” Can you please remind me how many of each type we’re printing?

• Ok to remove “of” on program
• Escort: the wax seals will be attached in assembly, then Sarah’s team will apply glue dots to back on site, ideally we’d have the list by 1.16
• I think we nix the velvet mats to keep text as large as possible. I’m emailing you a sample of the buffet signage at full size so you can print if you’d like — the text is pretty large so I think will be readable for all ages.
• Yes, we can do first names only for head table. Stands are about $6/each, so a bit less than frames. THought those were a nice level that ties in with your wooden table. We could also look at small, black acrylic stands if you prefer.
• I added new koozie designs — bolder works better when you’re printing on neoprene so I filled in the flower.
• I don’t have a sample of the eggplant napkin, but this is an image from the napkin vendor. I’ve reached out to ask about the specific color, but their images are usually pretty true to tone.
• The sign is typically attached to the car with ribbon and sometimes some floral or greenery. I typically have grommets added to the top (now pictured) so it’s easy to attach.
