Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. In the event of delays we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.

All payments are made through the PayPal shopping cart. You may purchase your order using an existing PayPal account, by creating a new PayPal account or by using a credit card. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of Texas. For all Texas orders, sales tax of 8.25% applies.

Paradise Design Co. ships all orders using USPS Priority Mail. We currently only ship to the U.S.

Our shipping rates are as follows:

Up to $6.50 – $2.00 s/h
$6.51 to $28.00 – $4.95 s/h
$28.01 to $112.00 – $10.95 s/h
$112.01 to $250.00 – $14.95 s/h
$250.01 and up – $30.00 s/h

Please check your merchandise upon receipt. Items that have been damaged in the mail may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt. Please email us at to notify us of the return and whether you'd like a replacement (same item only) or store credit. We will respond with instructions for your return.

We make every effort to ensure that all orders are correct. However, if your order has incorrect items or is missing items please email us at and we will be happy to correct the mistake.

If there appear to be irregularities regarding an order, we will contact the customer before processing the order to protect his or her interests as well as ours. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason and to block future access to customers who mis-use this site or for any other reason.
